Once you sign up, we’ll invite you to your personal Everkind Workspace (Trello) , typically within an hour. There, you can submit briefs via card, doc, or Loom—whatever suits your style.
Who are the designers?
Everkind is led by Sagar Patel and Utsav Majumder, two seasoned designers. All projects are handled directly by us—no outsourcing or third-party collaborations—ensuring top-tier quality and consistency every step of the way.
How will I request designs?
We’ll set you up with a Trello board to manage your task queue. You can also reach us via Slack or email, depending on your preference. Everything is async and lightweight.
How do you handle larger requests?
We will break down larger requests into smaller tasks. This applies to full-scale website or mobile app designs, UI/UX work, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.
How many requests can I make?
You can queue up unlimited design requests. We work through them one at a time to maintain quality and speed. Prioritize your queue however you'd like.
What if I don’t like the design?
We’ll revise it until you are. Our work isn't done until you're confident and ready to move forward. Unlimited iterations are included in your plan.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Do I own the work you deliver?
Absolutely. All deliverables are 100% yours, with full rights to use, publish, or build on.
